Rates:
2 hour ($150) minimum @ $75/hr + $1.00 per mile from Pickup to Drop-off and it includes:
$75/hour after that
7ft Cargo Van + 5x8 foot cargo trailer.
1 laborer (Nick)
extra hands will incur additional labor rates from $50 to $75 per person
The $1 per mile is from pickup location to dropoff (loaded miles) **EXCLUDING JUNK HAULING**
$250 minimum for trips to landfill (junk haul)
no mileage rates for items being disposed of
if items are NOT curbside or in driveway and involve extra loading time over 1 hour (stair/elevator/office hallways/indoors residentially) the $75/hr applies to additional loading time on top of $250
the $250 minimum covers dump fees at landfill.
E-waste and Appliance recycling fees will be different and will need to be discussed before picking up items.
I aim to prevent as mush from going to the landfill as possible and this does mean it way cost a bit more for things like TVs, computers, fridges or other electronics
ANY HAZARDOUS WASTE OR BATTERIES NEEDS TO BE DISCUSSED PRIOR TO PICKUP TO ENSURE IT IS NOT THROWN IN LANDFILL.
some items may even get you a credit for recycling
scrap metal, filing cabinets, etc.
